Call Waiting informs you that another party is trying to contact you while you are engaged in a telephone conversation. You can answer the incoming call and talk privately without losing the original party. You can also alternate between parties.

Call Forwarding automatically forwards your calls to another location when you plan to be away from your telephone or do not wish to receive any calls. Please note that when you forward your calls to a number outside your local calling area, you, not the originating party, are billed for any toll charges.

Three-Way Calling allows you to add a third party to an existing telephone conversation. Saves time & is great for a business meeting or family get-together on the phone!
Speed Calling (8 Number)

Speed Calling lets you store 8 frequently called telephone numbers in your phone. Then you can place calls by simply dialing one or two digit codes. This includes either local or long distance calls.
Speed Calling (30 Number)

Speed Calling lets you store up to 30 frequently called telephone numbers in your phone and place calls by simply dialing one or two digit codes. This includes either local or long distance calls.
Repeat Dialing

Repeat Dialing allows you to automatically redial your last outgoing call whether the call was answered, unanswered or busy. And if the redialed number is busy, Repeat Dialing will keep trying for 30 minutes, leaving you free to do other things.
Call Return

Call Return allows you to automatically call back the telephone number of the last number that called you! Call Return calls the number back whether you answered the last incoming call or not.
Priority Ringing
Priority Ringing lets you select up to six telephone numbers that will "ring in" with a distinctive ring.
You must also subscribe to Call Waiting or Priority Ringing will not work on your phone.
Preferred Call Forwarding
Enables you to forward incoming calls from up to 6 specified telephone numbers to another telephone number. You can construct or modify a your screening list by dialing an activation code. Our equipment will screen incoming calls against your list and forward only calls from your list.
Call Blocker
Call Blocker lets you block calls from up to six telephone numbers. You can even block the telephone number of your last incoming call - whether you know the number or not. Callers whose telephone number has been blocked by you will hear a recorded message informing them that the party they have dialed is not accepting their call at this time. Avoid annoying and unwanted phone calls!
Special Call Acceptance

Special Call Acceptance lets you choose up to six telephone numbers from which calls will be accepted. Other incoming calls are routed to the following recorded announcement: "The party you have dialed is not accepting your call at this time."
Anonymous Call Rejection
Allows you to automatically reject calls marked "anonymous" or "blocked" from callers who have restricted the delivery of their Caller ID information. Your phone won't even ring. These calls will be directed to a recording stating that the called party is not accepting calls from anonymous callers.
Call Waiting ID
Call Waiting ID allows you to receive and view Caller ID information on incoming calls while you are on the phone. Lets you answer only the calls you choose to answer!
In order to have Call Waiting ID, you must also subscribe to Caller ID service and own a Caller ID Display unit.

Call Forwarding Busy lets you send your incoming calls to another number when your line is busy. Never miss another important call!To stop Call Forwarding Busy: *91
Call Hold
Call Hold is a privacy feature that allows you to place a caller on hold when necessary. Protects your privacy and enhances your image.
Safety Line
Safety Line is a security feature lets you program the telephone number of a person you would want to contact in the event of an emergency. If your phone is "off-hook" for more than 20 seconds without dialing a number, your pre-selected emergency number will be dialed automatically.
Call Trace
Call Trace lets you initiate a trace of your last completed incoming call for investigative purposes. You are billed for each successful trace initiated.This feature must be initiated by Law Enforcement!
Calling Number Delivery (Caller ID)
Allows you to receive and view the Number only of the calling party on incoming calls to your number. Calling Number Delivery subscribers must provide and connect their own compatible Caller ID unit or Caller ID equipped telephone.
Calling Name Delivery (Caller ID)
Allows you to receive and view the Name only of the calling party on incoming calls to your number. Calling Name Delivery subscribers must provide and connect their own compatible Caller ID unit or Caller ID equipped telephone.
Calling Name & Number Delivery (Caller ID)
Allows you to receive and view the Calling Name and Number on incoming calls. You must provide and connect your own compatible Caller ID unit or Caller ID equipped telephone.You may choose to "block" or prevent sending your name and telephone number to Caller ID subscribers by dialing *67 before dialing the telephone number.
Distinctive Ring (available in CLEC markets only)
This feature allows you to set up a second telephone number on your original telephone line which will ring in with a distinctive ring. Great for those with teenagers or a home business.
