* Exchanges included in more than one plan.

Calls to the towns or exchanges covered by each option, above the
maximum number of minutes in the Plan, are billed at $.14 cents per minute.

Customer has to choose Poka Lambro for all Intra-Lata calls to be eligible for the Optional Calling Plans.
